About Bruce Merla
Bruce Merla graduated from New York Institute of Massage in 1997 and has been practicing ever since. He is a Trigger Point specialist with extensive training and experience in Myofacial Trigger Point Release, CORE-Myofacial Release, St. John Neuromuscular Release and Orthopedic Massage.
Bruce offers the highest quality of care to his clients. He customizes each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.
As part of his service, he will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.
Bruce is dedicated to improving the general well being of all his clients.
About Brian Hultman
Brian Hultman graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2003. He completed advanced training in Orthopedic Massage - concentrating in assessment, treatment and prevention of chronic pain resulting from musculoskeletal dysfunctions. He has completed additional training in Oncology Massage (for clients who are being treated for Cancer or are in remission).
About Ama Merla
Ama Merla graduated from New York Insitute of Massage in 1996. She has been practicing massage independently since. Always wanting to learn more techniques to work with, Ama has taken these modalities to blend together in her sessions: Swedish, Deep Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Esalen, Phenonmenal Touch, Shiatsu, Thai, Orthopedic and Sports Massage. She can help ease you into a complete state of relaxation or gently assist you open your body with rocking and stretching. "My goal is to help my clients learn how to STOP, RELAX and become AWARE of what their body is telling them. I believe that when we finally do that, we give ourselves the greatest chance of all to be truly healthy and whole from our Core."
